SRS WOW HD Speaker Dock Reference Design for iPods, iPhones, iPads

SRS Labs and XMOS introduced the SRS WOW HD for XMOS’ iPod/iPhone/iPad speaker dock reference design. The reference design enables features like immunity to noise and interference, Apple authentication interface, USB 2.0 host connection to iPod, S/PDIF digital input or output, Class D amplifier and SRS WOW HD audio enhancement processing. The XMOS digital dock reference design using the XMOS XS1-L1 microcontroller is available now.

dPict Imaging Launches Nexeon HD Xtra Video Frame Grabber

dPict Imaging announced the Nexeon HD Xtra, a full-featured PCI Express video frame grabber for high-resolution HDTV video inputs. Nexeon HD Xtra adds support for the high-definition Serial Digital Interface (SDI) standard. In addition to SDI, Nexeon HD Xtra supports digital HDMI or analog YPrPb format video inputs, and supports display and capture from HDTV sources up to 1080i and VGA display sources up to 1280×1024.
