Texas Instruments TRF7970A Near Field Communication Transceiver

Texas Instruments introduced the TRF7970A near field communication transceiver. The TRF7970A features eight selectable power modes and easy-to-configure software. It extends battery life up to 2 times longer than other products. The TI contactless short-range communication transceiver is ideal for infrastructure devices. TI has a new TRF7970A NFC development kit available now for the NFC transceiver. It is priced at USD $99.
