Kluver Aggregatebau Now Part of Laird Thermal Management Business

Laird Technologies acquired Klüver Aggregatebau GmbH. Klüver designs, develops and manufactures thermal management systems, primarily for the medical imaging market. Klüver will become part of Laird’s Thermal Management Business Unit. Klüver’s revenues for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010 were €13.0M ($17.9M). The transaction is expected to close on 31 March 2011.
