ISQED Takes Place March 16-18 in San Jose

The International Society of Quality Electronic Design (ISQED) announced that several select companies are among the exhibitors at its 10th annual International Symposium of Quality Electronic Design. The Exhibits will be at the Doubletree Hotel, San Jose on Tuesday March 17th, 1:30pm to 6:00pm and are free along with access to over 50 technical presentations on the exhibit floor, six Keynotes on March 17 and 18, embedded tutorials on March 18, refreshments and participation in an iPod drawing.

Select ISQED exhibitors include Cadence Design Systems, Mentor Graphics, Si2, Tanner EDA and Synopsys.

ISQED’s focus is on quality electronic design and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). The exhibits promote select organizations and suppliers offering tools, methodologies and solutions. In addition to the free events, ISQED also offers 6 paid tutorials on Monday, March 16th and a conference with 23 technical sessions and panel discussion on March 17th and 18th.

The International Society for Quality Electronic Design (ISQED), established in 1999, is a professional organization devoted to highlight, promote and accelerate the establishment of industry-wide targets for the “Quality” of integrated circuit and system designs, and help develop metrics and standards for quality electronic design from front-to-back end. The mission of ISQED is to provide forums to present and exchange ideas and to promote research, development and application of design methods, design processes, semiconductor technologies, IC packaging, test, EDA design tools and methodologies, with a focus on design for quality, manufacturing, yield and reliability. The International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design is the flagship conference of the organization and has been held successfully for 10 years in California.
