X-FAB Silicon Foundries to Present at Semico Summit 2009

X-FAB Silicon Foundries, the leading analog/mixed-signal foundry and expert in “More than Moore” technologies, announced that Hans-Juergen Straub, chief executive officer, will present at Semico Summit 2009, in Scottsdale, Ariz. He will participate as a keynote speaker for the featured session, “Manufacturing: Managing Cost and Risk,” on Monday, Mar. 9, as part of Semico Research Corp.’s 12th annual executive conference.

Hans-Juergen Straub will address how companies in the semiconductor industry can manage costs and risks to optimize profits and help ensure sustainable business, despite the current economy and increasing pressure to consolidate. Attendees will have the opportunity to delve into specific manufacturing challenges they face in mixed-signal technologies, and explore solutions, during a question-and-answer period following the speaker presentations.
