The DiSTI Corporation, a global leader in Human Machine Interface (HMI) development, announced that Antycip Simulation, the authorized DiSTI Value-Added Reseller in Europe, has provided to SEA the GL Studio development toolkit for the creation of interface content for two major United Kingdom Ministry of Defense programs. GL Studio will play a key role in SEA’s ability to create high fidelity physics-based simulation applications. SEA, a UK based company located in Beckington and Bristol, is a software engineering house with hardware development and system integration capabilities. The company’s core competencies include the provision of sensor systems and products, advanced digital signal processing, data recording and data analysis, data fusion and information systems, secure communications and digital networks and simulation and training capabilities.
“We selected the GL Studio Toolkit after a long evaluation of the software tool. This evaluation quickly showed us the power of the GL Studio Toolkit,” said Chris Rees, SEA Maritime Director. “The support from Antycip Simulation and DiSTI made a real difference in our decision making process. Today, the GL Studio Toolkit is being used on two major programs delivering training capability to the MOD and we plan to extend its use to other international projects.”
“We are very pleased that our customer, SEA, is taking advantage of the benefits of the GL Studio Toolkit for HMI development,” said Cameron Smith, Antycip Simulation Major Account Manager. “Our mission is to provide innovative and supported tools to our customers. We want our customers to be fast in their developments and successful in their projects.”
“Through our European partner Antycip Simulation, we were honored to add SEA to our growing list of GL Studio Toolkit users,” said Christopher Giordano, DiSTI Director of International Business. “As a COTS software manufacturer, we concentrate in offering great features and a high level of support. The GL Studio Toolkit is used by many leading integrators in numerous programs across the world.”
