Emerson Creates Innovation Partnership Program for Embedded Computing
Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR) and the global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity, announced the Innovation Partnership Program for its Embedded Computing business. The new program, comprised of a broad range of collaborative software vendors, suppliers and integrators, expands Emerson Network Power's portfolio of solutions in multiple embedded computing markets.
Within the program, participating companies work with Emerson to meet customers' application-specific needs by transforming leading-edge embedded technologies into globally available business solutions. Partner products are tested for compatibility and interoperability with Emerson's hardware and software products. With a diverse array of partners spanning a broad range of technologies and applications, the Innovation Partnership Program ensures that customers will receive comprehensive, application-specific solutions with guaranteed interoperability from a single source.
Partners are invited by Emerson to the program and participate at one of three program levels based on a wide range of factors including technology, ecosystem contribution and business objectives. The program levels are Strategic Partner, Integrated Solution Partner and Emerson Compatible Partner.
Emerson Network Power's Strategic Partners include: Cavium Networks, EMC Corporation, Freescale Semiconductor, Hybricon Corporation, Intel® Corporation, Interphase Corporation, MontaVista Software, Inc., and Wind River Systems, Inc.
Integrated Solution Partners include 6WIND, IP Infusion and Red Hat, Inc. Emerson Compatible Partners include Astute Networks, GoAhead Software, SANBlaze Technology, Inc, SURF Communication Solutions, Tail-f Systems and VirtualLogix.
