TRANGO Virtual Processors, the leading provider of embedded virtualization IP, announced that the TRANGO Hypervisor for the Texas Instruments OMAP 2430 System on Chip (SoC) is compliant with the CSPN (First Level Security Certification) criteria, established by the French National Security Agency (DCSSI, Central Directorate for Information Systems Security).
The TRANGO Hypervisor version 1.5.61 for the OMAP 2430 has been successfully evaluated by an independent licensing laboratory as a prerequisite to certification. During this evaluation, the TRANGO Hypervisor underwent an in-depth security analysis based on its documentation, functionality and robustness, and resistance to software attacks, in the scope of the security target defined by the evaluation criteria and process.
