Netronome to Present at Linley Tech Embedded Network Security Seminar

Posted by Ken Cheung in Events, Training on Tuesday, July 15, 2008

Netronome Systems, Inc., a leading developer of high-performance intelligent network processing solutions that provide content flow analysis, deep packet inspection and application acceleration for network and security appliances, announced that Nabil Damouny is among the industry experts who will present at the Linley Tech Seminar on Embedded Network Security Design taking place July 16, 2008 at the DoubleTree Hotel in San Jose, California. Linley Tech Seminars consist of technical sessions focused on a single aspect of advanced technology for designers of security-focused networking and communications products.

The topic of Mr. Damouny’s presentation is Integrated Crypto Capability in Network Processing Silicon. The discussion will focus on how Netronome’s Network Flow Processor, the NFP-3200, accelerates a wide variety of security applications. The NFP-3200′s on-chip network architecture provides high-throughput network processing, a robust set of modern cryptography algorithms and a high-performance PKI engine, combined in a multi-threaded highly-programmable environment. This level of integration makes the NFP-3200 line of Network Flow Processors ideally suited to serve as the complete data plane for security appliances.
