CPU Tech to Showcase SystemLab PS Real-Time Simulator at AUSA

CPU Technology, Inc.® announced it will participate at the AUSA Winter Symposium, February 27-29, 2008 at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in booth number 2304 where the company will demonstrate the simulation of large scale, combat vehicle electronics with its SystemLab PS(tm). The models will be running actual system software at real time speeds with visibility into every circuit, every SRU, every LRU and every line of software. CPU Tech is the only company with a real-time, high fidelity platform simulator that operates on this scale.

CPU Tech will also highlight their SWAP reducing System-on-Chip (SoC) modernization process. With their trusted, secure and anti-tamper protected Acalis® family of field programmable multi-cores, they are able to reduce entire LRUs down to single chip solutions, increasing reliability and performance while reducing costs and obsolescence.

“SystemLab PS can significantly accelerate the time to field for vehicle electronic systems. It allows our customers to simulate and validate all of the electronics of a large scale platform in real-time, including hardware and software, prior to any hardware integration,” said Alan Smith, Chief Technical Officer at CPU Tech. “Because the high fidelity models run at real time speeds, we have been able to successfully interoperate the SystemLab PS with our customer’s System Integration Lab (SIL).”

CPU Tech’s SystemLab PS(tm) Platform Simulation Solution was announced in May, 2007, after ten years of research and development, and represents a breakthrough capability in modeling and simulation. The SystemLab PS solution is a complete high productivity solution that includes hardware, enterprise software, virtual model development, custom library elements, training and support.
