Arrow Asia Pac Ltd., a business unit of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW), announced that it will co- host three seminars in India with Luminary Micro, a rapidly growing start-up technology supplier of microcontrollers (MCUs). To be held in Bangalore on October 22, Mumbai on October 24 and Delhi on October 26, the seminars will feature detailed presentations and hands-on laboratory demonstrations covering specific applications using Luminary’s award-winning 32-bit ARM(R) Cortex(TM)-M3-based Stellaris family of microcontroller products.
“This series of seminars will reinforce our ongoing educational effort to provide design engineers and technical experts with hands-on experience of high quality and cost-effective MCU product portfolio and advice on how to bring their designs to market faster,” said Umasankar Pingali, managing director of Arrow India. “These seminars will further build Luminary’s presence and help consolidate the relationship between our two companies to meet the demands of the rapidly growing industrial and motor control market segments in India.”
