RapidIO Radio Podcast Examines Future

Assessing the state of technology around the wireless infrastructure, Bill Beane, Senior Product Manager, FCM Division, IDT, shares how it is enmeshed with RapidIO® Technology today and as next generation systems develop in the latest RapidIO Radio. The newly released podcast is available at RapidIO.org and iTunes.com.

“About a year ago, I shared IDT’s perspectives on the inherent benefits of RapidIO technology for the wireless infrastructure,” said Bill Beane. “It has been an exciting year, with more and more customers across a range of geographies, markets, and applications embracing the standard, moving from evaluation into implementation, prototyping, and beyond.”

In this episode of RapidIO Radio, Mr. Beane looks at some of the factors that are contributing to the success of RapidIO technology in the wireless infrastructure and examines its potential impact on future designs and applications.
