Digi-Key's Japanese Website Features Altera Products

Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) announced that its products are now available for sale through the Japanese website of Digi-Key, a major online vendor of electronic components. Orders submitted through Digi-Key's Japanese website are delivered within three business days of purchase. Altera's portfolio of programmable solutions handled by Digi-Key include the Arria(TM) GX FPGA family, Cyclone(R) FPGA series, Stratix(R) FPGA series, MAX(R)II CPLD family, MAX3000A CPLD family, Cyclone III and Cyclone II starter development kits, MAX II development kits and configuration devices.

"We are very pleased to distribute Altera's products, which enjoy the largest market share in the Japanese FPGA market, through our Japanese website. Altera's reliable solutions are valuable to Japanese customers," said Mark Larson, president and COO of Digi-Key.
