FANUC Robotics to Host Intelligent Robotic Applications Forum

FANUC Robotics America, Inc. will demonstrate its latest intelligent robotic solutions for assembly, machine tending, packaging, bin picking, painting and arc welding at the company's facility in Hoffman Estates, Ill., (Chicago), June 27-28, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The forum will combine a series of robot system demonstrations, educational breakout sessions, and hands-on training. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak to an automation expert to discuss their own manufacturing challenges.

Guest speaker Robert Weisheit, president, Robert C. Weisheit Company will present: "Robotic Technology and Small Batch Runs – It Can Be Done," on June 27. In addition, Roger Harmon, general manager, FANUC Robotics Midwest will present: "Save Your Factory," on June 28.

"This promises to be a great opportunity for manufacturers to learn more about the benefits of robotic automation and the impact it will make on their competitive position in a global market," said Harmon.
