Advanced Driver Assistance Systems to Reach 63 Million Units

Posted by Ken Cheung in Research on Thursday, March 29, 2007

Following an extensive study into the various high technology advanced driver assistance systems, the Strategy Analytics Automotive Electronics Service report, “ADAS: Assessing Opportunities and Challenges,” reveals a current, low, one percent penetration rate for ADAS applications in light vehicle production — except for camera and parking assistance systems which already stand at 20 percent.
