VaST Systems Joins Wind River Partnership Program
VaST Systems- the technology leader in embedded design -today announced that it has joined the Wind River Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:WIND) partnership program. Wind River is the global leader in device software optimization (DSO) allowing companies to develop, run and manage device software faster, better, at lower cost and more reliably. Wind River's world-class partner ecosystem assures tight integration between Wind River's core technologies and VaST Systems' virtual prototyping solutions.
VaST's ultra-fast and cycle-accurate processor, bus and peripheral models—coupled with VaST's CoMETR and METeor(TM) tools—provide a systems engineering environment for the design of embedded systems and system-on-chip (SoC). With VaST solutions, users create, then simulate, analyze and optimize a model of their SoC in software, which results in an optimized architecture and a fast and accurate platform for software developers to use months before the actual hardware is available.
