SITEL Opens Global Delivery Center at Chennai

SITEL India, a fast growing BPO Major, today announced the launch of their Global Delivery Center at Chennai Citi Centre at an investment of Rs. 25 Crore and with an initial target of 1000 plus employees to serve its growing business needs. The 3000 people company currently operates out of three centers in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

“The Chennai center will provide contact center and back-office services to clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, & Insurance), Telecom, ISP and Technology verticals. SITEL India offers contact center services such as Acquisition, Customer Service, Technical Support and Collections. With 30% of its revenues coming in from back office services such as Insurance Processing, Invoice Processing and Account Management Services, we are well positioned to provide a one stop suite of services to our clients.”
