SITEL India, a fast growing ITES/Contact Centre services major, today announced the faster than expected growth at their Hyderabad center where they now have 1100 employees, in less than 7 months of operation here.

The center currently operates the following verticals: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, & Insurance), Telecom, ISP, Consumer Electronics, and Travel. Narayana Murty, VP and center head for SITEL Hyderabad said, “we are delighted that our center also received ISO 9001-2000 certification in less than six months of operation.”
On Sunday, Sitel organized SPLASH its premier employee talent and performance recognition event in city. “SPLASH creates an attractive environment needed to be a magnet for long-term loyal and productive employees. It also brings out the multi-skill competence of the local talent. Our first major employee Reward and Recognition (R&R) event “SPLASH” organized each year to reward and recognize the valuable contributions of our employees was a huge success among our employees,” Murty Said.
Talking about SITEL future plans, Mr. Adeni said, “We have doubled our India headcount in the last 12 months and we continue to be bullish about our growth in India, especially in Hyderabad. After making an initial investment of Rs.30 Crore in Hyderabad, we plan to make further investments of Rs.5 to 10 Crore, this year to take employee count to 1500 in the City.
