nVision Software Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of continuous availability application solutions for enterprises, and ProactiveNet, Inc., the time-to-value leader in Business Services Management (BSM), today announce the companies have signed an agreement to integrate nVision’s AppVision 5.0 with ProactiveNet’s namesake BSM solution.
Under the agreement, nVision Software will develop the AppVision Monitor(TM). The integration will provide ProactiveNet customers with enhanced visibility into the performance and availability of J2EE and .NET application environments, resulting in pinpoint problem identification and faster problem resolution. ProactiveNet will test and validate the monitor, and make it available for distribution to new and existing customers. In addition, nVision and ProactiveNet will complete a reseller agreement in which ProactiveNet will be able to resell AppVision 5.0 to those customers who desire deeper visibility into their J2EE and .NET environments.
